Jurisdiction of the Commissionerate Jaipur is spread across the entire geographical area of the District of Jaipur and Ajmer , State of Rajasthan, Jurisdiction of the Commissionerate Jodhpur is spread across the entire geographical area of the District of Jodhpur, Pali, Bikaner and Sriganganagar State of Rajasthan, Jurisdiction of the Commissionerate Udaipur is spread across the entire geographical area of the District of Udaipur, Bhilwara and Kota State of Rajasthan and Jurisdiction of the Commissionerate Alwar is spread across the entire geographical area of the District of Alwar, Bharatpur,Dausa,Sawai Madhopur,Karoli,Dholpur, Sikar and Jhunjhunu, State of Rajasthan. For collection of Revenue and administrative convenience Jurisdiction of these Commissionerate is further divided into 36 Central Goods & Services Tax Divisions, which are being headed by the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner. Further, jurisdiction of these 36 Divisions is divided into 171 Ranges, headed by the Superintendent.

The 2 Appeals Commissionerate are Central Goods and Service Tax (Appeal) Commissionerate Jaipur and Central Goods and Service Tax (Appeal) Commissionerate Jodhpur came into existence on 01.07.2017 and were carved out from the then Central Excise & service Tax, Commissionerate, Jaipur . Jurisdiction of Central Goods and Service Tax (Appeal) Commissionerate Jodhpur consists of Whole of the jurisdiction of Central Excise and CGST Commissionerate, Jodhpur and Udaipur. Jurisdiction of Central Goods and Service Tax (Appeal) Commissionerate Jaipur consists of Whole of the jurisdiction of Central Excise and CGST Commissionerate, Jaipur and Alwar.
